![]() ![]() ![]() Yea dont play this version ideally if you want to play on the steam deck, seek out the original version if you can. Marked with cursed tattoos giving you heightened senses, every situation presents you with options. You must be silent, agile and clever to outwit your opponents in a world of gorgeous scenery and flowing animation. Tried switching protons to multiple options never works and resets your cloud save checkpoints everytime you do it gotta love it when you have to repeat a chapter from the very start everytime. Mark of the Ninja: Remastered - In Mark of the Ninja, you'll know what it is to truly be a ninja. Steam Deck BIG CON: This remastered version should NOT be verified for Steam Deck its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess, has inconsistent crashes at any given moment which can be really frustrating when you get past a hard section or challenge room, weird visual glitches like purpley-green flickers on the screen, sometimes the 2D backgrounds fail to load in a new area some you just get a endless void of black on your backgrounds making it really hard to see platforms, walls, enemies etc. ![]() Well this is the best 2D stealth game ive ever played pretty much, everything is here that you'd want in stealth game offering you lethal and non lethal playstyles, multiple ways to clear the level, cool distraction/trap tools, different ninja outfits to change up your gameplay, challenge rooms are fun to do, really cool artstyle (Reminds me of samurai jack) interesting simple story, good length doesn't get old or drags it self out, super snappy controls and its smooth to control the ninja, just a really great indie stealth game all around, glad I played it highly recommend for stealth fans. Had the original and the remastered version mark of the ninja lying dormant for ages in my library finally decided to check it out. Terrorized guards never stand still and friendly fire doesn't count against the "no kills" bonus, as I recall.Best 2D stealth game on the market easily I guess it's all about the playstyle (if you've played the game too much already, you'd want to try something interesting). Mark of the Ninja: Remastered includes some fabulous features, such as Great Visuals, Immersive Gameplay, Enhanced Mechanics, Indie, Superb Controls, Interactive Graphics, and more. PlayStation Family Mark, PS5 logo and PS4 logo are registered. According to my memory, if you wait long enough, they will raise the alarm. He can perform a massive variety of tactics, such as silently kill enemies, pass by enemies without being detected, prevent the discovery of bodies, and more. Nintendo Switch and The Nintendo Switch logo are registered trademarks of Nintendo. Mark of the Ninja: Remastered is now available on GOG.COM with a 60 discount lasting until 1st December 2020, 2 PM UTC. Now if you're not stealthing but just messing around, then they're great, and if you don't want them to die, you can interrupt them by throwing a dart at them, so it doesn't matter if they're upgraded or not. Become a true ninja - silent, agile, and clever to outwit your opponents in a world of beautiful scenery and flowing animation. why would you EVER use them if you're stealthing? They actively make stealth harder because they can easily kill someone with friendly fire and their movement becomes more unpredictable. I've NEVER had a smoke bombed guard raise the alarm, but I can't attest that it's not possible because maybe I've just gone past them too quickly. Upgraded smoke bombs are fantastic for stealth, since you can just run past the enemies. Originally posted by cyberboy2000:Huh, I've never run into any issues with using the upgraded items. ![]()
